We manifest from the level that we vibrate at, so if we want something awesome, we have to consistently vibrate at a high level, otherwise we just keep attracting the yucky stuff we have always brought into our life. Also keep in mind that everyone has free will and choice, so not only do you have to consistently choose the higher vibrations you want in your life, but if what you want involves other people, then they have to choose the same thing back.

Sometimes people get focused on a specific thing and not only miss the large picture, but miss the higher opportunity. So if someone wants to manifest ‘a great loving romantic relationship with _____ particular person’, that may not happen – the other person has to not only choose them back but they both have to choose happiness and good, loving romantic partnership. A higher frequency intention would be ‘I want to manifest a great, loving romantic relationship’, then that leaves how it shows up open and manifesting can happen more easily. It’s the same thing in business: ‘I want this senior management position with my company’ vs ‘I want a senior management position that will pay me at least $XX and provide me with more time with my family, more professional success and overall happiness’. See, the specific job in the first one may not give all the things that you want, you  might only be able to get what you actually want from a different position or with a different company. By limiting the specifics of what you are asking for, you limit how it can show up for you – and a lot of times what people ask for or want doesn’t/ won’t give them what they are really seeking deep down inside.

Say someone wants $1 Million, but they want to manifest it through winning the lottery and that is what they focus all their energy and attention on. They are limiting how it can show up (in addition to disempowering themselves about their ability to manifest for themselves in other ways). There are lots of ways that money can show up in our lives, winning money is just one of them! Lots more people get inspiration for a great idea and when they act on it, end up creating a business or product that ends up making them loads more money than they initially hoped for. So I always encourage everyone to expand your concept of what is possible in your reality and focus on the quality you are wanting in your life (happiness, safety, security, love, fun, abundance, etc), rather than how it shows up for you.

Always keep in mind that working with clearing our blocks to raise our vibration or manifesting what we want can take time, it is rare to achieve the goal and intention of a meditation, process or technique the first time and it can take weeks or months of daily practice for some people to get there. It is much like learning a new language, some people (few) are able to pick it up easily and for most it takes lots and lots of practice. Some people might see a gradual improvement over time and others might work with their new tools and techniques for a couple of months without any discernible progress until one day, ‘BAM!’ something just clicks and it all opens up from there. Each time we practice a meditation or technique, we are creating new neuropathways in our brain, literally remapping parts of our brain to accommodate this new way of communicating, this new way of thinking, this new way of being.

Blocks, patterns and programing are built up over a life time, so it can take time to unravel all the threads and layers. So give your self the gift of patience – these blocks and programs didn’t show up yesterday, they’ve been running you a long time, allow yourself the dignity of your own process and know that you and your happiness are work the time and energy investment! The more you work to clear your blocks and raise your vibration frequency by integrating new habits and ways of being into your daily life, the more you reprogram your habits and choices. Consistency is key in practicing choosing the options that resonate with higher vibrations of being and manifesting more of what your heart truly desires.
