When you are doing work to clear your blocks and raise your vibration frequency so you can break free from limiting thoughts and patterns, you are working to shift your thought and energy patterns, your very way of being in the world and with yourself. For some people it can be a really simple, grace filled and easy process. For others, there can be some additional physical or emotional process to go through as you create that shift.

While a lot of people find they are significantly more upbeat, energetic, peace-filled or joyful in the week after a clearing sessions, some people find they may be more emotional or sensitive in the days following intensive clearing work, and sometimes people experience a need for more sleep or are aware of physical discomforts or limitations. This aren’t any reason to worry, it’s just how the clearing process is expressing in that instance and usually indicates that some deep things are clearing or trying to process and shift. You can support yourself during these times by consciously choosing the higher vibration – allowing yourself to let go of the fear, anger, sadness, guilt, etc and purposefully choosing Loving and Light.

There are also some other things you can do to help support you when doing clearing work:

Nutritional shifts

  • NO – red meat, dairy, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, white flour, white sugar, artificial colors/ flavors/ preservatives
  • MORE – B Vitamins, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, fresh fruits and fresh squeezed juices, lean protein and fresh vegetables
  • Mineral water (flat or fizzy) with fresh squeezed lemon juice (not filtered tap water like from the major Soda companies, etc)

Wellness

  • More time outside in nature, especially around large bodies of or moving water
  • Showering at night helps rebalance positive and negative ions
  • Soaking in hot mineral salt baths at least 1x/ week (epsom salt ok, but not great)
  • Additional sleep supports clearing, healing, processing, rebooting and integration

Listen carefully to what your body is communicating to you and ask, ‘Does my body need this to support it’s ultimate healing and well being?’ and use your best common sense and intuitive insight when choosing what to put into and do with your body. If you crave something on the ‘No-No’ list, see if your body needs that and choose accordingly. Sometimes you crave a cookie for emotional reasons and sometimes you crave because there is something in it that you need – the more you pay attention to the what and why of your choices, the more informed they can be.

Craving salt and sugar can indicate a need for more electrolytes, so a multivitamin or some fruit with salt on it and lemon water can help to satisfy that need without downing a gallon of ice cream fat and calories. Notice what your body is asking for and consider what they underlying motivation is (to help with processing or to avoid feelings that are coming up for clearing) as you make your choices in how to support your healing intentions.
